Vacancy for Legal Services for CRPE

INVITATION FOR LEGAL SERVICES ON A RETAINER BASIS

The Council of Registered Professional Engineers (CRPE) is inviting applications for Legal services on a retainer basis.

The Candidate must be registered as a Barrister or Solicitor and having a minimum of 5 years experience in the practice of law or in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• • Advise the CRPE on legal matters.
  • Plead on behalf of the CRPE before different courts and tribunals.
  • Conduct legal research and assist during disputes and litigations.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms of agreement.

     

• The CRPE reserves the right:

  1. To call for interview only the most appropriately and best qualified Applicants.
  2. Reserve its right not to proceed with the present exercise
  3. Not to make any appointments as a result of this advertisement.
  4. The candidate should submit his quotation.
