Registration of Assessors/Interviewers

 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF ASSESSORS/INTERVIEWERS

The Council is inviting all Registered Engineers having more than 10 years of field experience to confirm/ reconfirm their interest to form part of Assessment Panels set up by the Council to assess Stage 2 Trainees appearing for the Registration Interview.

Even those Engineers who have served as Assessors/Interviewers in the past are kindly requested to submit/ resubmit their application.

Applicants will have to satisfy the following requirements:

1. They will have to give their full updated CV, with details of field experience, CPD and specific competencies developed.
2. They must confirm their availability to be able to offer their assessment service during EITHER normal working hours OR outside working hours.
3. They must also confirm whether they would be willing to participate in a 2-day workshop which Council proposes to host on “Uniformity and Objectivity in Assessing”.

Furthermore, Engineers who have already been Assessors and/ or Interviewers in the past are kindly requested to give their comments and suggestions regarding their assessment experience with candidates. This will be very much appreciated.

 Please note that Assessors are paid a fee of Rs1,000 per report assessed and Interviewers/Observers are paid a fee of Rs1800 per session.
