This is an invitation to Experienced Engineers and Professionals to deliver Guidance Workshops to Trainee Engineers in the following specific areas in which they will be expected to develop competencies during their pre-Registration training:

1. Engineering Fundamentals (Civil, Mechanical/ Mechatronics, Electrical/ Electronics, Chemical Engg, etc)
2. Project Management and Cost Control
3. Leadership, Management and Supervision
4. Occupational Safety & Health including legal aspects
5. Environmental Management including legal aspects
6. Communication and IT skills
7. Ethics, Codes of Conduct
8. Standards, Codes of Practice, CPD

The ideal duration of the Guidance workshop will be around 3 hours, and will essentially be question-based, focusing on the typical issues which Engineers should be prepared to likely face in the above areas.

Resource Persons interested to deliver Guidance Workshops in any of the above topics are kindly requested to submit the following documents:

• Specific contents of the Course, along with the timetable and duration of each sub-topic
• Sample of any Power Point presentation of a sub-chapter
• Sample of any chapter of the handouts that will be given to participants.
• Updated CV confirming their actual competence to provide the Guidance Workshop

The fees payable by CRPE for one workshop of 3 hours will be Rs15,000/-.

Depending on the competencies of the Resource person, the latter may offer two Guidance workshops on the same day, or he/ she may collaborate with another resource person to deliver the second workshop.
